Players can talk to Judy in the following side missions: Both Sides, Now Ex-Factor Talkin' Bout A Revolution and Pisces. Some dialogue options in Double Life also open the door for later interactions with Judy. Judy's last main mission appearance is in the mission Double Life. Judy also makes a brief appearance in The Space Between and Disasterpiece. This will allow for future dialogue options later in the game. In the mission Automatic Love there's an option to be honest with Judy. Judy Alvarez makes her first appearance in Cyberpunk 2077 in the mission Information. Motivated to change things for the better she teamed with The Mox and currently works for them as a BD technician and editor. Judy Alvarez is Night City’s premier braindance technician, heavily respected for her skills, innovation and creativity. Here's a quick overview of all the missions relevant to Judy Alvarez. While romancing characters in Cyberpunk 2077 isn't required, it does affect some character relationships throughout the game. If players complete those quests, Night City's favorite braindance technician becomes one of the few characters in the game players can romance. It could be that Alvarez has a “live and let live” policy and will only turn against you if you directly threaten her or The Mox, but it’s going to be interesting to see what the extent of this allegiance system is.Cyberpunk 2077's Judy quests appear throughout the game. So far as that goes, the big question at the moment is whether or not Alvarez will continue to work with you if you form an alliance with the Tyger Claws. What we don’t currently know is whether or not her allegiance to The Mox is strong enough to potentially impact her relationship with you based on your other allegiance decisions. It’s not entirely clear at this time what Judy’s association with the club may be or how she became an associate of The Mox, but it certainly seems that she is willing and able to call upon them for protection when she needs to do so. While their territory doesn’t seem to extend far beyond the club itself, they do seem willing to help people outside of the club if they’re called upon to do so. Their main goal is to protect the city’s sex workers from similar acts of violence. The Mox gang was formed when strip club owner Elizabeth “Lizzie” Borden was brutally murdered by the Tyger Claws gang. Is Judy Alvarez Affiliated With Any Gang or Corporation?Įarly Cyberpunk 2077 footage suggests that Alvarez is either a member or associate of The Mox gang. She certainly seems to be the player’s guide through the basic braindance process, but it remains to be seen whether she’s the only technician that the player will work with throughout the course of the campaign. In an early video, we even see a Cyberpunk 2077 player character experience a particularly intense braindance that Alvarez helps them understand and eventually recover from.īased on what we’ve seen of Alvarez so far, it seems that she’s thrilled by the braindance process even if she shies away from suggestions that she’s the best technician in the world. While mass-marketed chips seem to be fairly safe, the underground unscripted braindance chips demand an experienced technician to help make the process as smooth as possible. This seems to be where Alvarez’s set of skills really comes into play.
